Old Town Pocatello is the place to be!
Take a look at what's happening and make plans to be here!
Work began this summer on improvements to the Center Street Underpass. The sidewalks have been replaced. Lighting inside the pedestrian walkways have been replaced with new LED lights. The asphalt has been sealed. The blue light posts on the exterior sides have been removed and are being repainted and new LED bulbs will be installed when they are put back up. And now, work on the walls, railings and the islands on both sides is underway. We are excited to see these much needed improvements taking place and would like to thank the City of Pocatello for their work on the project. While the Underpass is closed, until approximately September 7, we would like to ask our community to please use the Benton Street and Gould Street overpasses and continue to shop, dine and play in Old Town! We are having a fantastic summer with events, new businesses and growth. Let’s keep that exciting momentum going through the construction. In fact, if you haven’t been downtown lately, come down and see what’s happening! Watch the construction progress, enjoy a delicious meal at one of our restaurants, stroll through our shops, enjoy some live music, and enjoy the charm of Old Town Pocatello.
