The Market will be open every Saturday from 9am to 1pm through the end of October, and every Wednesday until August 31 from 5-8pm.  Located at the Old Town Pavilion, 420 N. Main St., the Portneuf Valley Farmers Market brings the community of Pocatello and Chubbuck fresh produce, locally grown plants, trees and shrubs, hanging flower baskets, fresh baked goods, jams, jellies, honey and a varienty of handmade arts and craft items. Come shop the Market!   Buy local and help support over 100 local growers, artists and crafters.  Fresh, Local & Friendly at the Portneuf Valley Farmers Market.

Haunted History Walking Tours

Our favorite paranormal investigators are back!  SPIRO and Old Town Pocatello are pleased to present the 9th Annual Haunted History Walking Tours. Visit five haunted buildings, not just walk by them, but go inside to learn more about the history of the building and experience for yourself any haunted activity taking place. This year we will venture into the cemetery and visit Historic Brady Chapel.  The four additional buildings are located in the Historic Warehouse District.  We are famous for these tours so don't wait to reserve your tickets today!


Regular tour prices are $20 for adults and $15 for young adults ages 8-15. Due to the nature of the tours, we do not recommend children under the age of 8 attend. 


To purchase tickets, call 208-232-7545, stop in the Old Town Office at 420 N. Main St. between the hours of 10am and 4pm, or complete the form below.  We take cash or credit/debit cards.


All tickets will need to be picked up in person or mailed to you prior to your tour start time.  If you would like your tickets mailed, please call 208-232-7545 to purchase your tickets at least seven days prior to the tour date you select.  Thank You!

November 25th Candy Cane Hunt

& Small Business Saturday

11am to 3pm


Trek through the stores and restaurants of Old Town to discover Candy Canes just waiting to be found.  To celebrate Small Business Saturday, 100's of red and white Candy Canes will be placed for hunting as you shop, dine and play downtown.  Each Candy Cane has a value, up to $285.  Total value tops $5,000.  All given away in one huge day downtown!  It pays to shop small!

This adventurous day will feature visits with Santa at Station Square, 200 S. Main St., from 11am to 3pm.  The Old Town Trolley will also be offering complimentary rides from 11am until 3pm loading and unloading at the Old Town Pavilion. It pays to shop small.  Plan to join us for Small Business Saturday!

Eggciting Family Fun Easter Egg Extravaganza! Old Town is the place to be on Saturday, March 24!  Participating merchants will have 15,000 Easter Eggs, that’s right, 15,000 eggs filled with fun items for the kids beginning at 11am. The Easter Bunny will be here, too!  Bring the family along with baskets to collect the eggs.  Walk shop to shop collecting eggs and great coupons from our merchants.

  Halloween!  From 3-5:30pm trick-or-treat through Old Town.  Our merchants will have treats for all the kids!


November First Friday Art Walk            November 3!   Old Town will be alive with crowds this Friday as we host the September First Friday Art Walk. Don't miss this opportunity to view and experience art by local artists as well as regional and national artists. The walk includes over twenty businesses, restaurants and galleries, some with art on display, some with the artist on hand and some providing a live demonstration. Refreshments are always available. You may also find live music along the way. All local residents and visitors are welcome. There is no charge to attend monthly Art Walks.
