The Market will be open every Saturday from 9am to 1pm through the end of October, and every Wednesday until August 31 from 5-8pm.  Located at the Old Town Pavilion, 420 N. Main St., the Portneuf Valley Farmers Market brings the community of Pocatello and Chubbuck fresh produce, locally grown plants, trees and shrubs, hanging flower baskets, fresh baked goods, jams, jellies, honey and a varienty of handmade arts and craft items. Come shop the Market!   Buy local and help support over 100 local growers, artists and crafters.  Fresh, Local & Friendly at the Portneuf Valley Farmers Market.

The Portneuf Valley Farmers Market will host their annual Crazy Corn Day with free cooked corn for shoppers.  Come early because quantities are limited.  If you miss the cooked corn, there will be plenty of fresh picked corn to take home and cook.  Celebrate delicious locally grown corn at the Farmers Market!

The AV Center Professional Aviation Services, Teton Honda and Teton Hyundai are proud to present the 12th Annual Oktoberfest Street Party at Portneuf Valley Brewing on Saturday, September 30th!  Gates open at 4pm with live music featuring Hot Pursuit, The Kyd-J Band and Gas, Food & Lodging beginning at 5pm.  Beer, brats, music, and Oktoberfest fun for the entire family. Half price admission for ISU students. Plan to join the street party after the ISU homecoming game!

Vendor registration is now open for The Great Pumpkin Festival coming to Old Town Pocatello on Saturday, October 7.  This new festival on Main Street will feature the Portneuf Valley Farmers Market, apple pie baking contest, pumpkin painting, antiques, crafts, jewelry, food, music and more, celebrating fall and the coming holidays.

Trek through the stores and restaurants of Old Town to discover Candy Canes just waiting to be found.  To celebrate Small Business Saturday, 100's of blue and white Candy Canes will be placed for hunting as you shop, dine and play downtown.  Each Candy Cane has a value, up to $285.  Total value tops $5,000.  All given away in one huge day downtown!  It pays to shop small!

 
This adventurous day will also  feature complimentary rides on the Old Town Trolley from 11am until 3pm.  The Trolley will depart from the Old Town Pavilion every 15 minutes and the ride will include cookies, milk, story telling and visits with Santa. Eggciting Family Fun Easter Egg Extravaganza! Old Town is the place to be on Saturday, March 24!  Participating merchants will have 15,000 Easter Eggs, that’s right, 15,000 eggs filled with fun items for the kids beginning at 11am. The Easter Bunny will be here, too!  Bring the family along with baskets to collect the eggs.  Walk shop to shop collecting eggs and great coupons from our merchants.

Welcome Back Orange & Black,  Monday August 28!   The business community of Pocatello and Chubbuck will welcome back our ISU Bengals with the 6th Annual Welcome Back Orange & Black Communiversity Event on Monday, August 28.  All ISU students, faculty and staff are invited to attend this welcome back bash.  Lots of food, prizes and fun at the Old Town Pavilion from 4 to 7pm. 

 

September First Friday Art Walk            Friday September  1!   Old Town will be alive with crowds this Friday as we host the September First Friday Art Walk. Don't miss this opportunity to view and experience art by local artists as well as regional and national artists. The walk includes over twenty businesses, restaurants and galleries, some with art on display, some with the artist on hand and some providing a live demonstration. Refreshments are always available. You may also find live music along the way. All local residents and visitors are welcome. There is no charge to attend monthly Art Walks.
