First Friday Art Walk, August 7

 

First Friday Art Walk takes place on the First Friday of each month, ALL Year Long
5:00 - 8:00pm

Old Town is alive with crowds of visitors on the first Friday of each month from 5-8pm.  Don't miss this opportunity to view and experience art by local artists as well as regional and national artists. The walk includes over twenty businesses, restaurants and galleries, some with art on display, some with the artist on hand and some providing a live demonstration. Refreshments are always available. You may also find live music along the way. All local residents and visitors are welcome. There is no charge to attend monthly Art Walks. Art Walk guides are available right here on this web site the Thursday before the walk. 

 

2nd Annual Relight the Night Celebration, August 7

Featuring Gas, Food & Lodging live on stage beginning at 7:30pm.  At 9:00pm Steve Easton and Mike Sanders take the stage to entertain the crowd.  Live music, refreshments and raffle with all proceeds to benefit the continuing word to save the historic neon signs in Old Town Poctello.  Plan to come to the Old Town Pavilion for a wonderful summer evening.  

Dog Day at the Farmers Market

Bannock Bark Parks will host this annual event sponsored by Alta Animal Hospital and Pocatello Pet Lodge.  There will be dog washing, nail trims and FREE hot dogs.  Plan to bring your dog and enjoy a summer morning in Old Town Pocatello.

The Portneuf Valley Farmers Market will open for another season on Saturday, May 1.  The Market will be open every Saturday from 9am to 1pm through the end of October.  If you are interested in becoming a vendor at the market, please contact the Market Manager at 208-705-7333.

Hosted by the Bannock Civitan Club, Revive @ 5 is the place to be on Wednesday nights during the summer.  The event features a live band each week, a different featured restaurant each week, cold beverages, the Wednesday Farmers Market and fun for the entire family.

Idaho Bridal Fair 2016 will return to Pocatello on Saturday, March 5, 2016.  Beginning at 9am, the Red Lion Hotel Pocatello will showcase everything a bride and groom needs to plan the perfect wedding, honeymoon and future.  From florists to jewelers, and from caterers to entertainment, local businesses will display their products and services designed to help orchestrate the day you will treasure forever.

6th Annual Gate City Brewfest

The 6th Annual Gate City Brewfest will be returning to Old Town Pocatello on Saturday, March 12. From 1pm to 6pm, sample 70+ handcrafted beers, enjoy great food and live entertainment at the Old Town restaurants, pubs and bars. Tickets are just $25 for a day full of unlimited pours and can be purchased beginning in December.

4th Annual Urban Invasion Obstacle Challenge

Pocatello's only 5K obstacle race will be returning to Old Town Pocatello on Saturday, April 23rd.  Plan now to compete as SEICAA and Old Town Pocatello host this four person team race.  Grab your three most adventure seeking friends and register your team to compete your way through Old Town.  Along the course you'll encounter 20 crazy obstacles built by local businesses and organizations.  Test your mettle against other invasive runners and win great prizes and bragging rights.

Come shop the market and find the freshest local produce, bedding plants, trees, flowers, hanging baskets and more!  On the 400 block of N. UP Avenue, just behind the Old Town Pavilion.

 

Revive @ 5 Wednesday Summer Concerts Every Wednesday!  The Bannock Civitans will host another great summer of music, food and cold beverages every Wednesday from 5-8pm at the Old Town Pavilion.  This summer's band schedule will be available soon!
